Setting for where you want to maintain the additional data in the document info record.

Use

Additional data allows you to maintain further enterprise-specific information in the document info record.

Dependencies

Additional data is possible through integration of the classification system.
The characteristics of the class in the document info record are maitained in a special dataset as additional fields.
A dialog window will appear that you must complete the valuation of the characteristics if you have not filled out the required characteristics of the class when you try to save.

Examples

The following characteristics are allocated the class MA-01 (document quality):

• Paper quality
• Category
• Book height

When you would like to maintain this data:

• In a separate register card then no other entries are necassary (value blank).
• Not in an INCLUDE Subscreen rather by using the function additional data, you must set the value 0.
