Definition

You use Auto Start for automatic registration of the documents belonging to a particular document type based on PDS and document status.

The following scenarios are possible:

  • If PDS is AA and document status is BB, document is automatically registered for conversion.
  • If PDS is AA and document status is not maintained, no registration takes place. The system throws an error while saving with this customization entry.
  • If PDS is not maintained and document status is BB, document is automatically registered for conversion when there is change in document status with new status being BB.
  • If both PDS and document status are not maintained, document is not registered automatically for conversation as no customization is maintained for both PDS and document status.
