Definition
Transfer rules have a development cycle (new, tested, released, invalid). Normally, rules can only be used for mapping if they have the status 'Released'. Rules that are in development can be used if the
attribute 'For testing of rules' is set in the respective conversion
object.
As the rule developer you must explicitly set the status 'Released'.
