Definition

The name chosen for projects must be unique across the system. Only one project may have the same name. The name must also be different from names of subprojects!

Projects themselves group migration objects according to content-related criteria based on a two-level structure of projects having subprojects which, in turn, have migration objects assigned. Projects also administrate transfer rules that are used in the description of the conversion. These transfer rules can be used in all migration objects that are assigned to the project (indirectly, through the subprojects).
