Definition
Load throughput in GB/h
Calculation:
( Total amount of data for all portions ) / ( Net runtime including waiting times )
The calculation of the runtime is based the total runtime for all portions including all times spent in waiting for release of a process leg, but excluding time for processing interruptions (termination and restart).
If not all portions of an access plan have been processed, the calculation is made based on the amount of data in the processed portions.
Use
The resulting figure can be used to determine the performance of a load process.
Performance comparisons across projects and/or test cycles should better be based on the actual net throughput excluding waiting times.
