Documentation
Definition
Difference between the target lead time and the actual lead time of the operation.
The lead time of an operation is the time between the input date at the work center and the completion confirmation date. It is the total of queue time, execution time and move time.
The input date is derived from the completion confirmation date of the preceding operation minus the minimum wait time of the preceding operation.
Use
Im the standard Shop Floor Information System, this key figure is calculated as a mean average when the work center analysis or the operation analysis is carried out. It is then updated in the information structures S022 and S024.
