Use

This parameter defines the basic working time per payroll period.

Procedure

For the monthly working time, you can choose between:

• The total of all planned work according to the personal daily work schedule
• Working hours per payroll period according to the Basic Pay infotype
• The total hours worked in time or incentive wages (according to the wage types specified)

Use

The percentage rates which the employees have worked in the individual wage groups are calculated on the basis of an individual divisor.

The percentage rate per wage group then results for:

time per wage group
% = ------------------ * 100
divisor

There are three possible entries for the divisor:

Entry = '0' : planned working time according to work schedule

Entry = '1' : divisor basic remuneration from basic pay

Entry = '2' = total times on selected time tickets

You can only choose '0' if the employee has already been accounted for the month, otherwise he/she is not listed.
