Definition

In cash concentration, the system only generates the balance transfers if the account balances are either less than zero or greater than/equal to this planning minimum.

When the account balance is less than the planning minimum and greater than/equal to zero, the system still does not transfer the balance even if,according to the minimum balance, the transfers are required to reach the stipulated planned balance.

When a planning minimum is determined for the target account, this is ignored.

Account balance here refers to the balance at the beginning of cash concentration, therefore bank transfers from other accounts to this account remain unprocessed for the check against the planning minimum.
