Definition

Contains a one-character code that allows you to determine how much information should be documented in your inquiry/report.

Use

You can request either:

  • A - Automatic
    The report shows the selected jobs, plus all positions related with the jobs, and all persons related with the positions, in one consolidated report.
  • I - Interactive
    The report shows the selected jobs, and identifies the number of related positions. You may then view positions for individual jobs, by using the Display Position push button.
