Documentation
Definition
Specifies that records are transferred to Human Resources immediately.
Use
You can only select this option if you implement the Time Sheet and Human Resources in one system.
If you select this option during profile maintenance, the Approval required option must be deselected. Records created using this profile are transferred directly to Human Resources when they are released. They do not undergo an approval procedure. If you have not specified a procedure for releasing data, the data is released automatically on saving.
If you select this option in the approval report, the data is automatically transferred to Human Resources when the report is executed.
Supplementary Documentation - DIRECTHR 0001
Use
The report writes the approved records to the HR interface tables PTEX2000 and PTEX2010. The data is then transferred in the background from these tables to HR.
If an error occurs during the transfer, the system sends you a mail notifying you of the error.
