Definition

These fields allow you to indicate how you want to handle purchase requisitions resulting from the deployment run.

Procedure

• If you select "do not change", all purchase requisitions remain in the system after the deployment run and none are created.
• If you select "reduce", the system changes the quantity of the purchase requisitions affected by fair share distribution to the quantity that cannot be supplied through current stock.
• If you select "Delete", the system deletes all purchase requisitions after the deployment run.

Note: The standard combinations with the checkboxes in the box below are: "do not change" in combination with the flag "store result temporarily" and "reduce" without this flag.
