Definition
Determine cursor position on the initial M/AM central access, classified order entry and Customer Interaction Center screens.
You can use the following values to determine the field in which the cursor is to be positioned if you access the transaction again.
1 = Cursor on telephone number
2 = Cursor on last name
3 = Business partner number
Notes
You can select this indicator for specific clients or user groups in central access or classified order entry in the Customizing settings.
You can override this setting using user parameter JHV for individual users.
