Fixed value deviation is not run. Fixed value deviation (validation 96) is automatically executed during meter reading entry, if the meter is not out of order or disconnected. In this case consumption can only deviate slightly from the previous meter reading.
Use
This applies to certain scenarios, such device installation where the meter reading is zero. A meter reading result is created with move-in.
