Definition
Determines how deep the system explodes a multi-level BOM when generating a Baseline.
Use
If you generate a Baseline, the system carries out a BOM explosion and searches the multi-level BOMs for objects that are flagged as CM relevant.
In this field, enter the number of levels of a multi-level BOM that the system should search through for CM relevant objects.
After the last level, the system cancels the multi-level BOM explosion. Objects that are deeper in the structure are not entered in the Baseline even if they are flagged as CM relevant.
Dependencies
Reducing the explosion depth to a lower value improves performance.
