Controlling lock behavior when calling the update program.
Value 1:
Locks are not passed to the update program.
Value 2:
The lock is passed to the update program. The update program removes the lock. The dialog from which the lock was set no longer has any affect on it.
Value 3:
The lock is passed to the update program. In this case, the same lock is used for two LUWs. The lock must be removed online and in the update program.
