Definition
If the mass activation program is called for an object with a deletion flag, the object (or rather its active version) is deleted in the standard process even if it is referenced by other objects. This can lead to inconsistencies.
If this flag is set, only those objects with deletion flags which are no longer referenced by other objects are deleted.
