Definition
Use
In decoupling, the system processes the data from logistics systems in the central financials system. As a first step, the data is processed by the preprocessor. Among other things, the preprocessor processes the inbound SOA message and maps the data relevant for financials to the accounting notification. The accounting notification is the basis for subsequent process steps in accounting and for reconciliation and accounting-only functions, such as inventory accounting or reversal and reposting of accounting documents.
To define the item structure for business object-specific attributes of the accounting notification, you enter the name of this structure in the Accounting Notification: BO-Specific Item field.
