Definition

After the sub-header, the system displays the column header of the basic list of the performance trace. The trace records that belong to the parameters specified in the sub-header are then formatted. Note that online help exists for the values in the columns, as these are to be interpreted depending on the type of trace record.

The following trace record fields are listed in the trace record basic list:

. Duration

Execution time of the statement. This is in the format Milliseconds . Microseconds

Note that the time can only be as exact as the hardware permits. The time interval provided by the hardware cannot be exceeded. If the statement execution time is less than this interval, the system displays the execution time as null.

. Object

Depending on the type of trace record, the system displays the object to which the statement that has been executed and logged refers (for example, the name of the database table for a select statement).

. Oper

The operation that executed the logged statement.

. REC

Depends strongly on the type of trace record.

. RC

Return code of the statement that executed and logged.

.Statement

Formatted short form of the executed, logged statement.
