This is often referred to as a database lock wait or database wait.
Use
The data is collected by the OS/400 API QUSRJOBI (see ABAP report RSDB4007 or function module DB4_GET_WAIT_STATISTICS).
Requirements
This is only used in SAP Systems running on iSeries.
