Definition
Multiplier for determining how long a transaction waits for incompatible retained locks. This value is multiplied by the connection's normal timeout multiplier. It is 0 if agents do not wait for incompatible retained locks. The default is 0.
This parameter corresponds to field "RETAINED LOCK TIMEOUT" on installation panel DSNTIPI.
ZPARM name: RETLWAIT in DSN6SPRM.
