Definition
The percentage of maximum open datasets the current open datasets must reach to stop the asynchronous drain operation.
For example, if the maximum open datasets is equal to 1000, and ASYNC DRAIN STOP is equal to 3%, then an asynchronous drain operation is stopped when the current open datasets is 3% less than the maximum open datasets (when there are 970 open datasets).
