Definition
There is only one output buffer pool per DB2 subsystem.
Because BSDS updates occur whenever there is a buffer wraparound,
increase this paramater to reduce BSDS I/O, especially in LOAD or
REORG with the log and mass delete operations.
Also increase this parameter to avoid having log writes wait for an
available buffer in subsystem with heavy update workload.
If necessary, the input entered is rounded up to the next 4 KB
multiple.
