Statistics record latch manager: latch level 20
Describes latch statistics counters maintained by latch manager. The counters are incremented each time a latch suspend occurs. These latches are internal to DB2. As a DB2 user, you cannout affect them. Typically, their effects are small in comparision with lock suspensions.
