Definition
The number of rows or LOBs in the table space or partition. If the table space contains more than one table, this value is the sum of all rows in all tables. A null value means that the number of rows is unknown, or REORG or LOAD has never been run.
If this number is zero, while space allocation and number of changes is high, at least one of the tables in this table space is a candidate for the VOLATILE attribute.
