Format: <creator>.<index-name> <nnn>
where <nnn> is the index partition (optional)
Column information is gathered for the first column of the index. Nonuniform distribution statistics are collected for all indexes in the list except for those whose distribution are uniform.
Specifying 'ALL' means that the column information is to be gathered for all indexes defined on tables contained in the table space.
