The average number of times the statement falls back to a sequential scan as RID list processing failed due to one of the following limits was reached:16M RIDs per RID list, RIDs cannot fit into guaranteed number of RID blocks, or number of RIDs is larger than 25% of table size (min 3.2K rows).
