Definition
Recovers the target objects from their existing datasets by applying only log records to the datasets. DB2 applies all records that were written after a point that is recorded in the dataset itself.
Use the LOGONLY option when the dataset of the target objects have already been restored to a point of consistency by another process offline, such as DFSMS Concurrent Copy.
