Definition
The number of times a log manager request results in a SUSPEND for a log record to be written out to the log data sets. This is the sum of the IFCID 32/33 pairs. This will include the number of suspensions counted in class 3 accounting for log write wait in both "synchronous log write wait" and "update commit wait" times.
