where:
QBSTHBE:
Number of hiperpool buffers that are currently backed by expanded storage. For hiperpools defined as CASTOUT=YES, this number can include non-backed buffers if the backing expanded storage frames were stolen and DB2 did not subsequently attempt to access the buffers
QBSTHPL:
Number of buffers allocated for a hiperpool.
