Definition
Date on which the risk class was assigned to the loan by the Reserve for Bad Debt (RBD) component.
The system records the change date for each change to the risk class so that you can track the history. When the risk class is changed automatically the Reserve for Bad Debt function always sets the posting date as the change date.
