File format that is relevant to the original application file and is read for file selection via the file manager.
Use
If you select original application files via the file manager from your document info record, the system supports your file selection as follows:
If the original application is stored:
- on your local computer, the system displays all files with this file format that are on the current directory of the operating system.
- on a server, the system displays all files with this file format on the directory defined in the step Define data carrier -> mount points/logical drives.
Procedure
If you want to define more than one file format, separate your entries with a comma.
Example: *.doc,*.sld,*.plt
