Definition
Use
When you create a loan, the field contains one of the following default values:
- If you have already specified the start of validity date for the infotype record in the Maintain HR Master Data screen, the system proposes this date as the approval date.
- If you have not specified a start of validity date for the infotype record in the Maintain Master Data screen, the system proposes the first day of the month in which you create the loan as the approval date.
You can overwrite this default value.
Dependencies
You can only specify a date in this field that comes before the start of validity date or corresponds to it.
