Use

This entry defines the accounts and charts of accounts for which detail information should be displayed. If you do not make an entry in this field when using the revision tool, the system displays detail information for all accounts.

Entries in this field must be specified as PPPPKKKKKKKKKK; PPPP defines the chart of accounts and KKKKKKKKKK the account number. Enter the account number with leading zeros.

Examples

You want to display detail information only for account 176000 in chart of accounts INT.

• Mark the Revision tool on? checkbox.
• In the Chart of accounts/account field, enter INT 0000176000.
