Definition
Specifies the range of percentage load on a personnel resource that corresponds to a particular traffic light color in reporting.
The load is the proportion of the work from activities that has been distributed to the personnel resource and the capacity of the resource.
Use
You can specify a lower limit for the upper range and an upper limit for the lower range, and consequently determine the middle range.
To change the color of the light, double-click on the relevant light. By selecting the Display indicator you specify which traffic lights can be displayed in reporting.
Requirements
The load can only be determined if the availability of the personnel resource has been read. Consequently the traffic light only appears, if you have set the With availability pers. res. indicator on the selection screen for reporting.
