The following display formats are supported:

  • red

    The documents for the recipient are different from those in the document list.

    • = (red)
      • No. of documents per recipient = No. of documents in the general document list
      Documents are different
    • > (red)
      • No. of documents per recipient > No. of documents in the general document list
      Some of the documents are different
    • < (red)
      • No. of documents per recipient < No. of documents in the general document list
      Some of the documents are different
  • green

    The documents for the recipient are the same as the documents in the general document list
