Definition
This indicator determines whether the initial order is processed immediately or not.
Use
- If you set this indicator, the initial order is created with the status SY (synchronous). The original application files are made available immediately.
- If you do not set thi indicator, the initial order is created with the status AS (asynchronous) and is not processed until a background job is started.
- This means that, for example, you can collect all the documents that are to be sent to one recipient and then send them all in one package.
- In this case, the original application files are not made available until the background job is started.
The system can only make Originals in a file system available if the path that has been entered is accessible from the application computer.
