Definition

Indicator: the document is linked into a hierarchy.
The hierarchy can be represented via the document structure.

Use

The system sets this indicator if:

  • a superior document exists (entry in the Superior document) data block
  • a document has subordinate documents assigned directly to it

Procedure

  • To display the hierarchy for a document, choose menu option Details -> Hierarchy.
    • The list shows the entire document structure.
    • The document you are processing and all subordinate documents are highlighted.
  • To display the hierarchy in graphical form, choose menu option Details -> Hierarchy -> Hierarchy graphic.
