Specifies the format in which a report exists.

Dependencies

A document in the format specified in the Source doc. format field is:

  • Output in the format maintained in the Output format field
  • Displayed or saved in the Disp./Backup format field

The following conversions are supported in the SAP standard system:

  • PDF -> PS
  • PDF -> PCL
  • WWI -> PS
  • WWI -> PCL
  • WWI -> RTF
  • WWI -> ASC

If you define other transitions between source and output format or source and backup format, you are responsible for ensuring that the correct conversion is done on the generation server.
