Number that identifies the template.

Use

The data of the template is copied intot the new original application file and eases creating standardized documents immensely.

In a template you can create one of the following objects as a copy template:

• Template file
• Document info record
• If you create a template file and a template document, the templatedocument has a higher priority.
• If several original application files are in the document info record the first original application file is used as a template.

Dependencies

You only need to enter a number when you create several templates in a combination of document type (for example, DOC) and workstation application (for example, Microsoft Word).
In this case a dialog box appears when you create an original application file for you to choose your template.
