Definition

Button shows whether the document is part of a hierarchy.

Use

The system flags the document when:

• a superior document exists (entries in data block Superior document).
• other documents are inserted at the lower level to the document.

Procedure

You can display the hierarchy of a document by choosing Extras -> Hierarchy.

• The list shows the entire document structure.
• The document you are processing as well as all subordinate documents are highlighted.

You can also display the hierarchy graphically. Choose the function Extras -> Hierarchy. In the picture Document hierarchy choose Hierarchy graphic.
