Definition
Button shows whether the document is to be deleted during the next reorganization run.
Use
Documents cannot be deleted in dialog.
You can delete documents in the following situations:
- In a report MCDOKDEL
- After the archiving session
In both cases the documents of a chosen document type are deleted where a deletion indicator is set.
Procedure
If you want to enter or remove an indicator choose Edit -> Change deletion flag in both situations.
The system check autorizations and then sets or removes the indicator automatically.
Dependencies
You cannot delete a document if it is used as a:
- Quality assurance agreement or technical delivery term
- Production resource in work order or plan
- Document item in BOM
