UID for a configuration reference

This UID is unique for a configuration. It is generated in the same system as the configuration, and copied with the configuration when the configuration is distributed via BAPI, IDOC, or BTE. This UID is used to identify the configuration beyond the system.

Only one PERSIST_ID can be assigned to the configuration in the system; this means that there is a unique assignment between the system-dependent configuration reference CUOBJ and the PERSIST_ID.
