In the Object infotyp (1000), this field is displayed if integration with Logistics is active. You can activate/deactivate integration via SAP Reference IMG --> Human resources planning and development --> Personnel capacity planning --> Integration --> Specify control parameters for Logistics.

Procedure

Select this field if you want to integrate with Logistics for the organizational unit or work center that you are about to edit.

This means that a new Logistics work center will be created for the existing organizational unit or work center (or the one that was just created). In a window that appears automatically when you save, you can enter any further data that is required.

If both are entered the person in charge has priority.

Use

You can create a new event location here, e.g. a new building where events can be held.

It is sometimes worthwhile creating hierarchies of event locations for some evaluations in transaction PP30, so as to unite several locations organizationally. This hierarchy can only be created using HR Planning basic component transactions PP01 and PP02.

You can delete objects from Room Reservations Planning in two ways. Firstly an object can be deleted from the databank altogether, e.g. because it was created incorrectly or only for test purposes. The second possibility is to restrict the validity of an object, e.g. if a room is not available as of a particular date because of renovation work. In the first case you must flag this field on the screen, and in the second case enter the last date of validity.

If you wish to delete Room Reservations Planning data you must enter the object to be deleted. You can enter the initial letter of the object name using HR Planning matchcode and the system will find all the objects whose names begin with this letter. In addition, the object ID can also be entered directly.
