Use
The type of contract given to the employee is recorded
in this field.
The value entered here is checked against table T547V.
This field can be evaluated by Payroll and also for
statistics.
It is not used at present.

Use
Using the entry made in the mandatory field Contract Type, the system recognizes that a Contract Components infotype record (0016) was created in Recruitment. During the data transfer, the system copies the data stored in this record to Personnel Administration as default values.
