Definition

Each withholding tax certificate number is assigned to one numbering group only. Within this group, a sequential number, beginning with 1 is assigned each time withholding tax is posted.

A numbering group is assigned to each company code/numbering class. The numbering class is assigned in turn to a company code, a combination of company code + withholding tax type, or a combination of company code + withholding tax type + branch on a country-specific basis.

Usage for Thailand

In numbering concept 4, the numbering group is assigned directly to a combination of company code, business place, and type of recipient.
