Definition
Depending on the definition of the RFC interface, one of the following values can be accepted:
- Default: ABAP RFC
- H: Best possible connection type, depending on communication priority (ABAP RFC or TCP/IP connection using agent)
- D: Connection type for dialog
- A: Connection exclusively through agent (TCP/IP connection)
- N: Connection never through agent (TCP/IP connection)
The communication type in the technical topology is specified either asABAP RFC or as TCP/IP connection to Agent, as the connection type for dialogs is not possible for monitored systems or segments.
