Definition
This field is only relevant if the status profile is to be used for a CRM business transaction. Setting a user status influences the execution of the assigned transaction.
The consequences are as follows:
- All system statuses that SAP has assigned to this transaction are set/deleted (transaction BS33, menu option follow-up actions).
- All user statuses that you have assigned to the transaction under menu option control in this transaction are set/deleted.
- You can only set the user status if the CRM transaction assigned is also permitted.
