Definition
Defines the capacity of the resource in SAP APO.
This capacity is only relevant for multiactivity resources. For single-activity resources, only the productive time is relevant; these resources has the dimensionless capacity 1.
Example
A saw can cut a maximum of four meter long rods into slices. It can also take several rods that added together have a maximum length of four meters. The capacity of the saw is thus four meters.
Dependencies
If required, enter the unit of measure for the capacity.
If you want to describe the capacity of the resource using a particular number of individual resources, do not enter a unit of measure.
