Definition

A user who has special authorizations for communicating with a cProjects repository.

Use

This user sees all the projects for which he or she has read authorization below the root node. All other users only see those projects in which they are participating and which have not yet been completed.

Dependencies

If you want to connect your cProjects repository to the search function in the SAP Enterprise Portal (application component EP-KM-TRX), you have to map the user who carries out the indexing to the user you entered in this field.

Example

The user TREX_ADMIN has read authorization for all projects that are to be indexed. You enter TREX_ADMIN in this field. You then map the user who carries out indexing to the user TREX_ADMIN in the Enterprise Portal.
