Definition

This version enables various planning data to be processed at the same time as the object. Several Plan versions can be maintained and evaluated simultaneously.

The estimated costs version enables estimated costs for PM orders to be entered. You can evaluate the estimated costs either directly in the PM order or in PM reporting.

Use

Examples of characteristics for the use of versions in planning:

• type of basic assumptions (optimistic, pessimistic)
• creation time (original plan, forecast)
• compulsory nature of the plan
